Alternate Work Schedule (AWS)

As an employee, you a able to design your daily and weekly work schedule around your customer programs needs in coordination with your overall annual plan for vacation and time off. At OSI, there is not a minimum requirement of daily, weekly, or monthly work hours. OSI and each employee will work together to ensure the customers mission needs are met, in conjunction with an annual work/time-off plan. This plan can be adjust through out the year as needed, based on changing work and family schedules.

Employee Assistance Program

Our Employee Assistance Program offers employees various benefits that aid with challenges of everyday life. Some examples are legal advice, personal and marriage counseling, financial planning, and various referrals to services to aid in crisis situations.
